Malachi 3: 10-12
Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be food in mine house, and test me now herewith, saith the LORD of Hosts, if I will not open for you the windows of heaven, and pour out for you a blessing that there shall not be room enough to receive it, and I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground, neither shall your vine cast its fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD of hosts. All Nations shall call you blessed; for ye shall be a delightsome land, saith the LORD of Hosts.
THUS SAITH THE LORD OF HOSTS
There are six things that the LORD of HOSTS is saying to us in this passage of Scripture. Six things that we should never ignore, because the LORD has said it, we should believe it and that settles it.
If we bring all the tithe into the storehouse:
1. He will open the windows of heaven.
2. He will pour out a blessing.
3. He will rebuke the devourer.
4. Your family will be protected and blessed.
5. You will have favor and influence.
6. Even your enemies will say you are blessed.
WOW! All this comes with "bringing the tithe into the storehouse"! What is the "storehouse"? I believe that the "storehouse" is the place where you hear the Word of the LORD and you worship Him in Spirit and in Truth with other Christians. It is through this tithe that the Word of the LORD will continue to spread out over the world and people will be saved by the power of the Holy Spirit touching them. The tithe is giving back to GOD what He has given to us.
The LORD did not withhold from us any good thing, not even His only Begotten Son, our hearts overflow with thanksgiving for all the great and wonderful things He has done.
ESTABLISH YOUR HEART IN GIVING TO GOD
