Philippians 4: 8
Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are honest, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
CHANGE YOUR MIND AND THINK ON THESE THINGS
The Apostle Paul gives us a good list of things to think on, so that the mind will not resort to the sewer of negativity He says that we should fill our mind with the truth, honest and just things, pure, lovely, virtuous and praise worthy things. We should be people who give a good report; seeking the good rather than the wicked.
We must put on the mind of Christ and behave as JESUS would behave. As a man thinks, so he will be, because out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks and all actions that follow will be representative of the heart. Fill your mind with the Word of GOD and all your responses will be according to what you are meditating on. Make your delight in the Word of the LORD; let the Scripture give you light and then carry that light into the dark world.
Make a list of those things Paul suggests that you meditate on and do it day and night.
