CHANGE YOUR MIND - 2

Ephesians 4: 22-25

That ye put off concerning the former manner of life; the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, and be renewed in the spirit of your mind; and that ye put on the new man, which after GOD is created in righteousness and true holiness. Wherefore, putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbor; for we are members one of another.

RENEW THE SPIRIT OF YOUR MIND

Put off all things that are connected to the former things of life, before you gave your life over to GOD. Let Him renew the spirit of your mind by the power of the Holy Spirit, the Word of the LORD and the witness of the believing community of faith.

Put on the new man that has been filled with the Holy Spirit. Put on the mind of Christ and live the life that He taught in His Gospels.

Put away all lying, for no liar will enter into the Kingdom of GOD. GOD does not lie; His Word is truth. GOD stands by His Word and so should we. It is not honorable or GODLY to speak falsehood to anyone. We are all part of the Body of Christ and member of one family of GOD, therefore we must show respect and honor to one another. 

Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks; therefore we must guard our heart from those things which pollute and defile the mind, so that every word that we utter will be of GOD and the building up of the people of GOD.
