ANOINTING OIL

Exodus 30: 30, 31
And thou shalt anoint Aaron and his sons, and consecrate them, that they may minister unto Me in the Priest's office. And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel, saying, "This shall be an holy  anointing oil unto Me throughout your generations".

God instructed the use of Holy anointing oil to be placed on every vessel of the Tabernacle and on every person who ministered in the Tabernacle.  Holy anointing oil was used to light the Tabernacle and to give the cloud of the Presence of GOD. This Word from the LORD was to be fulfilled throughout all generations, even today.

In some of the writings of the early fathers of the Church, it was stated that we should treat one another as we treat the vessels of the altar.  Does this mean that we should handle each relationship with holy hands; caring more for them than for the use that they have? I believe so!!!! The vessels of the altar were consecrated to GOD and anointed by the anointing oil; sanctified and consecrated. Are those who love JESUS and are filled with His holy Spirit any different than the vessels of the altar?

We are the bearers of that Holy oil of the Holy Spirit to bring light into the darkness of this world and to be gentle healers of the wounds of the hurt and harmed people.  Our gentleness, and kindness will restore the broken vessels and the Holy Spirit will anoint them and us for His service. The fruit of the Holy Spirit is Love, joy, peace, patience, goodness gentleness, meekness, faith, and temperance; this is one fruit and for one use, to glorify JESUS. It is through JESUS Christ that all will be saved and that the Father will be glorified. The Holy Spirit glorifies the Son and the Son glorifies the Father; all heaven rejoices.

BE WISE AS SERPENTS AND GENTLE AS DOVES; WIN THE LOST THROUGH KINDNESS AND THE OIL OF JOY

THE ANOINTING OIL

Exodus 27:20
And thou shalt command the children of Israel, that they bring thee pure olive oil beaten for the light, to cause the lamp to burn always.

From the beginning of worship of the Living GOD, GOD commanded that olive oil be prepared to the finest purity for the lamp in the tabernacle. We know that JESUS is the Light of the world and in Him there is no darkness, the Holy Spirit is the Holy oil that brings the Light of life into us as we burn for Him in this world.

Olive oil was prepared by some very violent acts; first the tree was beaten to drop the olives, then the olives were pressed, so that the oil would pour out.  We, too, often go through beating and pressing, not to hurt or harm us, but to bring forth the pure oil, the Holy Spirit manifest.

We are to walk in the light and bring JESUS, in us, into the world. Darkness has to hide from the Light of life, we are vessels of that Light, burning brightly in us.  RECEIVE JESUS CHRIST IN YOUR HEART AND BE FILLED WITH THE HOLY OIL OF THE PRESENCE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT AND WALK IN THAT LIGHT.
THE WORLD DEPENDS ON THAT LIGHT SHINING THROUGH US

THE OIL OF ANOINTING

Deuteronomy 11: 13, 14
And it shall come to pass, if ye shall hearken diligently unto my commandments which I command you this day, to love the LORD your GOD, and to serve Him with all your heart and with all your soul, that I will give you the rain of your land in its due season, the first rain and the latter rain, that thou mayest gather in thy grain, and thy wine, and thine oil.

THE TRINITY OF BREAD, WINE AND OIL

It is very interesting that olive oil was considered Holy from the very beginning. It was used to consecrate leaders and the elements of worship. It was used for healing, to bestow wealth and prosperity and for the health of individuals through use in diet and personal hygiene.

There is a very deep meaning in the verse sighted for today and it takes the form of the symbolism that is used throughout the Scripture. Grain was used for making bread, JESUS broke bread as a symbol of His Body; wine was used by JESUS to symbolize His Blood and olive oil is a symbol of the Holy Spirit, the vehicle of anointing and power.

In verse 13 we see that it is commanded by the LORD that "love the LORD your GOD and serve Him with all your heart and with all your soul" is the means through which the rain will come to make the grain, wine and oil possible.  The total belief in GOD, with all your heart, soul, mind and might brings us to Baptism, "to fulfill all righteousness"; then the trinity of the body, blood and oil can be consumed and applied with the manifestation of power. This blessing of GOD is for believers in JESUS and the anointing of the Holy Spirit follows.

MOUNT OF OLIVES - RETURN OF JESUS

Zechariah 14: 4
And His feet shall stand in that day upon the Mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the Mount of Olives shall cleave in its midst toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.

When JESUS returns with all His saints: and the LORD shall be king over all the earth; in that day shall there be One LORD and His Name One. (Zechariah 14: 9) Yes, JESUS is that One LORD and His Name is JESUS, the King of Kings and the LORD of LORDS.

JESUS will return to the Mount of Olives from where He Ascended; He will return as King and stand on the Mount as Creator GOD. The Mountain will experience a great earthquake. The mountain will split and then the earth will shift forming a great valley. Literally, the stones will cry out in celebration of the coming of the LORD.

The garden of Gethsemane, where the final yielding of the flesh of JESUS happened; JESUS willingly laid down His life as a sacrifice for us all.  It was on the Mount of Olives that JESUS made His great act of obedience to His Father. On the Mount of Olives JESUS was taken up into Heaven and He will return to the Mount of Olives as King and LORD.

THE ANOINTED ONE WILL RETURN TO THE PLACE OF ANOINTING; LET US GO THERE IN THE SPIRIT TO MEET HIM, WASHED IN THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB OF GOD

MOUNT OF OLIVES - PLACE OF THE ASCENSION

Acts 1: 9-12
And when He had spoken these things, while they beheld, He was taken up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight. And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; who also said, "Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? This same JESUS, who is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen Him go into heaven." Then returned they unto Jerusalem from the mount called Olivet, which is from Jerusalem, a Sabbath day's journey."

It is significant that many of the major events in the Life of the ministry of JESUS took place at the Mount of Olives. In the life of David, the Mount of Olives was a holy place (2 Samuel 15:30), and was known to be a place of solitude, quiet and communion with GOD. It is thought that the Sermon on the Mount was given by JESUS from the Mount of Olives. It is said in Scripture that JESUS will return and place His foot on the Mount of Olives and it will split in two.

We are focusing on the Mount of Olives because it was the place where JESUS prayed to his Father before He was taken by the soldiers in the Garden of Gethsemane (Luke 22:39).  It was here that He prayed,"NEVER THE LESS, NOT MY WILL BUT THY WILL BE DONE." This was the place of yielding to the Father, not insisting on His own way of self preservation, but yielding to the Father and becoming a sacrifice for the sin of the world. This moment in time was critical for the redemption of the world; JESUS submitted to the will of the Father.

The Mount of Olives heard the cry of the heart and the proclamation of the Gospel; it saw JESUS, the creator of all things and the anointed One, redeemer of the world.  THE ANOINTED ONE WENT TO THE MOUNT OF ANOINTING and there He was lifted up to Heaven and will return in like manner.

MOUNT OF OLIVES- GETHSEMANE PLACE OF PRAYER

Matthew 24: 1, 3a
And JESUS went out, and departed from the temple; and His disciples came to Him to show Him the buildings of the temple... And as He sat upon the Mount of Olives, the disciples came unto Him privately...

When JESUS desired to be alone with His disciples for time of teaching and sharing His heart with them, He would go to the Mount of Olives where there was peace and quiet. JESUS did not want any distractions or hindrances to mar the attention of the disciples.

We need to take particular note of this, because we are surrounded by distractions and interruptions in our daily life: cell phones, radio, television, telephone, issues with children and family. All these distractions have meaning and are the source of pleasure or teaching, but it is the time with JESUS that gives us the words to say and the wisdom to resolve issues. The time with JESUS must be quality time, so we must find a place where we can be alone with GOD and hear Him speak.

You are asking, "what about the Scripture, doesn't that give us the answers we seek?" Absolutely!!!!! To hear what the Word of GOD is telling us, we must have quiet and solitude, in order to meditate on the Word of the LORD.  The Holy Spirit is teaching and bringing into our remembrance all that JESUS has said. He is speaking right now, are we listening??? To listen, we must be quiet and focused on JESUS; listen like Mary did, sitting at the feet of JESUS. Martha was distracted by much doing, Mary was attentive to the Word of JESUS. We must focus on JESUS and His Word to us without distractions.  It is up to us to choose to be in His presence in our own Mount of Olives-the place of prayer.

MOUNT OF OLIVES - GETHSEMANE-PLACE OF PRAYER

John 8: 1,2
JESUS went unto the Mount of Olives and early in the morning He came again into the temple, and all the people came unto Him; and He sat down, and taught them.

In the Gospels, it is often said that JESUS got up early in the morning to pray or stayed up all night in prayer. His place of prayer, His prayer mountain, was the Mount of Olives. He would pray in the quiet and then go and minister to the people, having derived His strength from the anointing of fellowship with His Father and power from the Holy Spirit.

We often miss the fact that the Mount of Olives was a frequent place for JESUS to immerse Himself in prayer; the temple was the place to preach and teach, heal and deliver.  We often get that out of sequence; many go to the Church to pray and then go and minister. The Church has often been termed as, "a filling station" or the "oasis"; not so in the life of JESUS. It was in the quiet of the solitary place where He gained His strength, then, He went to the temple to teach.

Have we communed with the LORD before we venture out to care for the people, whether in Church or in the world? I believe that if JESUS needed this quiet to commune with His Father before He taught, that we need to do the same.

If JESUS went to the temple "early in the morning" then He was at the Mount of Olives even earlier. In the rhythm of our life, do we get up earlier so that we can pray? Mother Teresa of Calcutta had this rhythm in the life of the Monasteries that she founded. The work of the Sisters was very hard and then needed strength to minister to the lepers. They found their strength in the time of prayer, early in the morning.

ARISE, AND GO TO THE SOLITARY PLACE AND PRAY

GETHSEMANE - PLACE OF PRAYER

Psalm 52: 8, 9
But I am like a green olive tree in the house of GOD; I trust in the mercy of GOD forever and ever. I will praise thee forever, because Thou hast done it; and I will wait on Thy Name; for it is good before Thy saints.
On the Mount of Olives there were many olive trees which formed a quiet garden. Olive trees are sturdy, faithful, tenacious; you can't kill an olive tree, you can cut it down, but it will grow again from the roots. It is always green, but it takes years before the fruit grows and then the fruit is abundant.

Let's compare the Olive tree with the believers in JESUS. They are faithful, tenacious, and should be steadfast; they grow in rich or lean soil and can not be killed unless the root is destroyed. In the Christian life, the root is JESUS and His Word. The Christian who clings to the Root and is steadfast in the Word of the LORD will, in time, bear fruit. The appointed time for fruit bearing is by the choice of the Holy Spirit, who is the power behind signs and wonders.

All the work has been done by GOD, now we must draw from the good ground and bear much fruit for His honor and glory.

GETHSEMANE - PLACE OF PRAYER

Mark 14:26
And when they had sung a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives.

What is so significant about the Mount of Olives? In many places in the Scripture, JESUS went to this Mount, which had a beautiful garden, to pray. When He went to a "solitary place", it was probably the Mount of Olives; when He went up into the mountain, it was probably the Mount of Olives.

Olive trees produce fruit that gives oil for anointing. To quote Pastor Randy, "The anointed One when to the Mount of anointing" to pray. The Mount of Olives could be called, "prayer mountain"; JESUS went there before He taught and after He was finished ministering.

Where is your prayer mountain? Where do you go to be in prayer in the morning and in the evening? JESUS sometimes prayed all night in His prayer Mountain, do you? What do you take with you to your prayer mountain? JESUS went alone or with close friends; most of the time He went alone. Is JESUS calling you to the prayer mountain, your Mount of Olives, to commune with Him? GO TO THE MOUNTAIN AND SIT IN THE PRESENCE OF THE HOLY ONE, HE IS CALLING YOU.

NEW LIFE IN JESUS

The Acts 3: 6, 7
Then Peter said, "Silver and gold have I none, but such as I have, give I thee, In the Name of JESUS Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk" And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up; and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength.

HEALING IS RESURRECTION POWER AT WORK

When the Gospel is preached, signs and wonders follow as a witness of the Holy Spirit.  The Holy Spirit is the power of the resurrection; when He moves there is Salvation, change, reconciliation and a witness. The Holy Spirit is the very breath of GOD, breathing life into those who believe in JESUS and that preach the Gospel.

We do not possess the power to heal, restore, change or revive anyone; it is the mighty act of GOD moving through the believer that does the work. What Peter was saying, in the Scripture above, is that he possessed nothing to give to the beggar, except the resurrection power of GOD working through him. The beggar was changed and healed; he expressed his joy by leaping and praising GOD for what He had done.

We have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency and the power may be of GOD and not of ourselves. (2 Corinthians 4:7)

NEW LIFE IN JESUS

2 Corinthians 5: 17, 18
Therefore, if any man be in Christ, he is a new creation; old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new, and all things are of GOD, Who hath reconciled us to Himself by JESUS Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation.

RECONCILIATION IS RESURRECTION

I have used these verses to show different points of life in Christ JESUS; this one is a new way of thinking about reconciliation.  Think about broken relationships; they are sick and need healing, some are dead and need to be raised from the dead. These verses are a call from GOD to minister reconciliation/ resurrection to  all broken relationships.

When we are born-again, we are a new creation, old things are gone and everything becomes new, even our way of thinking.  When we see, with our redeemed eyes, brokenness, disease and sickness, we must use the power of the resurrection within us by the Holy Spirit, to heal that which is broken. Reconciliation, which is resurrection power, is a GOD given ministry, we are ordained to offer this to all people.

NEW LIFE IN JESUS

Romans 15: 19
Through mighty signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of GOD, so from Jerusalem, and round about unto Illycium, I have fully preached the Gospel of Christ.

It is the truth that when the Gospel of JESUS Christ is fully preached, signs and wonders will follow.  The Holy Spirit of GOD always manifests Himself when JESUS is glorified. Many people ask, "why are we not seeing signs and wonders today like those manifest in the times past?" This is a question from those who do not see the movement of the Holy Spirit when the Gospel is preached, or the Gospel is not being fully preached, therefore there are no signs and wonders.

When the Gospel of the glorious resurrection of JESUS is preached and proclaimed, all of Heaven and all inhabitants of Heaven rejoice with great joy. If we cannot hear their shouts of joy and gladness, we need to have our ears unstopped; if we cannot see the signs and wonders of GOD, our eyes are blind and must be opened; if we are not leaping and praising GOD for all the marvelous work that He has done, we are lame and need healing. The Holy Spirit is the Power of GOD Who manifests signs and wonders every day: "As Morning breaks, I look to You, O GOD; to be my strength this day, Hallelujah!" When the dawn of a new day comes up like thunder, we have seen one of the signs and wonders of GOD; let us rejoice and be glad in Him.

PREACH THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST AND SIGNS AND WONDERS WILL FOLLOW.

NEW LIFE IN JESUS

Philippians 3:10
That I may know Him, and the power of his resurrection and the fellowship of His sufferings, being made conformable unto His death.
II Corinthians 1: 3, 4
Blessed be GOD, even the Father of our LORD JESUS Christ, the Father of mercies, and the GOD of all comfort, Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them who are in any trouble, by the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted.

A TRIBUTE TO THE BOSTON MARATHON RUNNERS

I am a runner and know how much training goes into running a marathon; bodies are high tuned and the mind is focused on the goal of running the race. I had to quit running because of an injury, so I know how hard it is to stop running suddenly and go through rehab; so I can pray for those injured as if I was in the body(Hebrews 13:3). I also know that, in the fullness of time, healing and wholeness comes and there is great light in the midst of darkness. My endorphin learned to be still and allow me to recover stability; the injury healed and the fear went away.

I learned about the fellowship of His suffering. He was wounded for me; He understands all of my feelings, because he experienced those feelings first hand. JESUS understood me and loved me through my pain. I WAS IN FELLOWSHIP WITH HIM IN MY SUFFERING AND HE SUFFERED WITH ME.

Dear Boston Marathon runners, you have run the race and kept the faith, now there is before you the crown of life handed to you by JESUS.  JESUS says to you,"Blessed are you who mourn, for you shall be comforted" You shall be comforted by the One who knows how it is to be you and who knows your needs. He is your best friend and Loves you with all His heart; He is in fellowship with you and holds the power of the resurrection to fill you with new life by His Holy Spirit. ALL THE INTERCESSORS ARE PRAYING FOR YOU

KNOW THE ONE WHO LOVES YOU UNCONDITIONALLY AND LOVE HIM

NEW LIFE IN JESUS

John 20: 21, 22
Then said JESUS to them again, Peace be unto you; as the Father hath sent Me, even so send I you. And when He had said this, He breathed on them and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Spirit.

RECEIVE YE THE HOLY SPIRIT

The Holy Spirit is the very breath of GOD; He is the resurrection power of GOD; He is GOD. When JESUS ascended into Heaven and sat down at the Right Hand of the Father, He sent his Holy Spirit to give power to His faithful ones. JESUS is breathing new life into us daily, giving us power to leave the darkness of this flesh and dwell in the glory of His resurrected life.

When you receive something, you are first offered it, then you have to take it. So it is with the Holy Spirit, He offers Himself to those who are born again through faith in JESUS, but we have to receive Him and invite him into our heart.  When we receive Him, He transforms us into the image of JESUS and we have the power to become the Children of GOD. THIS IS THE WILL OF GOD FOR YOU.

JESUS BREATHED ON THEM AND SAID, RECEIVE YE THE HOLY SPIRIT

NEW LIFE IN JESUS

Ezekiel 36: 25-28
Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean; from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you. A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you; and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. And I will put My Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in My statutes, and ye shall keep Mine ordinances, and do them; and ye shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; and ye shall be My people, and I will be your GOD.

PATH OF RIGHTEOUSNESS

When the LORD takes us from the land of sin and darkness, and gathers us out of this evil; then He will baptize us with clean water.  Then by the act of the Holy Spirit of GOD, He will put a new heart within us and take away the stony heart out of the flesh. Having cleaned and purified the temple of defilement, He will put His Spirit within it, and cause you to live according to the way of the LORD. He does this all for His Holy Name Sake, and so that we may dwell, with Him, in the land of GOD, with the people pf GOD forever.

The path of righteousness is laid out by GOD. I is a resurrection path, and He does the work of perfection; we cannot accomplish this work on our own; IT IS HIS WORK, we cannot resurrect ourselves. What then is our work? Our work is to yield to the LORD and let Him clean and purify every place that He sees, which needs to be cleansed, and resurrected from the dead.  Notice Philippians 2:13: " For it is GOD who worketh in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure."

YIELD TO GOD AND HE WILL BUILD YOU UP IN RIGHTEOUSNESS

RESURRECTION AND LIFE

Colossians 2: 12, 13
Buried with Him in baptism, in which also ye are risen with Him through the faith of the operation of GOD, Who hath raised Him from the dead. And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath He made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses.

TOGETHER WITH HIM

The life that JESUS lived in the flesh, is a pathway for us to follow, marked with road signs showing the way. Baptism, fulfills all righteousness, JESUS showed us that when we are buried with Him in BAPTISM, we are washed clean of the filth of original sin. When we arise from the water, we are a new creation, old things passed away, behold all things become new.  When we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.  When we Commune with Him in the Holy Communion, we are fed with His Body and Blood, which restores us and renews us. JESUS lives in fellowship with us, every moment of every day; He knows us and loves us with unconditional love. JESUS walks with us through our life, bringing resurrection power into every situation.

SEE JESUS WITH YOU, IN YOU AND PRESENT IN EVERY CIRCUMSTANCE.
HE HAS MADE US ALIVE TOGETHER WITH HIM.

RESURRECTION AND THE LIFE

Ephesians 2: 4-6, 8
But GOD, Who is rich in mercy, for His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in sins, hath made us alive together with Christ by grace ye are saved, and hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ JESUS... For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the GIFT OF GOD.

THE GIFT OF GRACE

There are great keys in these verses that should comfort all of us about our eternal life. Mercy is the act of the unconditional love of GOD; GOD loved us first; grace is the motivation and means of the expressed Love of GOD, Who raised us up and caused us, made us, to sit together with Christ JESUS. All this is the GIFT OF GOD, we did not deserve it or could we work for it; the Grace of GOD is free and His mercy endures forever.

As I am writing this, I am stunned by the enormous, unconditional love of GOD. It is a Love that holds no grudges nor remembers past transgressions; the Love of GOD has no negatives - ONLY LOVE. " For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another." (I John 3:11).

GOD IS LOVE

RESURRECTION AND LIFE

II Timothy 2: 11-13
It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with Him, we shall also live with Him; if we suffer, we shall also reign with Him; if we deny Him, He also will deny us; if we believe not, yet He abideth faithful; He cannot deny Himself.

POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT AND FELLOWSHIP OF SUFFERING

By the anointing of the Holy Spirit, Paul wrote one of the most profound statements in the New Testament letters: "If we be dead with Him, we shall also live with Him; if we suffer, we shall also reign with Him". Paul is saying that GOD is faithful to do for us what He did for JESUS, raise us from the dead.  He is also defining the fellowship of those who suffer, as being fellowship with JESUS. (Philippians 3:10).

There is no suffering in the human condition that JESUS did not suffer for us. Therefore, He knows just how we feel in every circumstance. He can say, what we cannot say to one another: " I know how you feel" He does know just how we feel.

If, in the midst of our daily life, we deny Him or lose our belief in Him, yet He will remain faithful to us, because He cannot deny Himself. If you want proof of the fact that JESUS remains faithful even to those who deny Him, look at Peter. Peter denied JESUS three times at a most critical time in the life of JESUS; yet, JESUS restored Peter to fellowship with Him, by His faithful Love.

It would be a good study for all of us, to look at the faithfulness of JESUS in all circumstances of His life. Since JESUS is GOD incarnate, we can get a real understanding of the deeper meaning of the word "faithful". The faithfulness of JESUS and the resurrection power of GOD by the Holy Spirit are eternally linked. Think about it!!!!!

RESURRECTION AND LIFE

Romans 8:11
If the Spirit of Him that raised up JESUS from the dead dwell in you, He that raised up Christ from the dead shall also give life to your mortal bodies by His Spirit that dwelleth in you.

THE HOLY SPIRIT IS THE RESURRECTION POWER

It is an awesome fact that the Holy Spirit of GOD dwells in us and is ready to release His power in our life. That same power that raised JESUS from the dead is in us, ready to raise us from the darkness of death into the glorious light of life. It is our choice, whether He moves in His power or is blocked. GOD is a loving gentleman, Who will never violate our will, that is why we must give our will to Him and let Him have His perfect will unfold in our life. JESUS laid down His life, so that we might live in His power and strength; we must lay down our flesh, bringing all our being into obedience to JESUS, then, the power that raised JESUS from the dead, will raise us.

YIELD TO JESUS AND EXPERIENCE THE RESURRECTION POWER OF GOD

RESURRECTION AND LIFE

Ephesians 3: 20, 21
Now unto Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us. Unto Him be glory in the church by Christ JESUS throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.

INDWELLING RESURRECTION POWER

"Know ye not that ye are the temple of GOD; and that the Spirit of GOD dwelleth in you?"  Within you is the resurrection power of GOD, His Holy Spirit, living in the temple that is in you. This is why we can come to Him and ask and think, and He will respond in abundance.  Why does He want to dwell in our body and make His Home there, so close to us, and all that is going on in our life? The answer to that question is with one word - LOVE. GOD loves us so much that he wants to give us everything good in great abundance.

If we have such great resurrection power within us, why do we not see great miracles? Because our eyes are not open to the miracles around us, and because we do not ask for help. It is hard for people to ask for help, because many are afraid that the answer would be "no". Well, with JESUS, the answer is always yes and amen, but the method of receiving the answer may be very unexpected.  We have set ideas about how GOD will answer our requests, we have to sacrifice those ideas, and say with JESUS "Nevertheless, not my will but  Thy will be done." The power is there, but it must be activated by the WILL OF GOD.

UNTO HIM BE GLORY THROUGHOUT ALL AGES, WORLD WITHOUT END, AMEN

RESURRECTION AND LIFE

Philippians 3: 10, 11
That I may know Him, and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being made conformable unto His death, if by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead.

MIRACLE OF MIRACLES

The resurrection of JESUS is the demonstration of the power of GOD to raise from the dead the total body, soul and Spirit of a person. Yes, as JESUS was raised from the dead completely, so too shall we be raised completely to be with Him in Glory.

To know Him, is to have intimacy with Him. This is the desire of GOD, intimacy with humankind. He has chosen us to be His, because He loves us. His love yearns for deep intimacy with each of us, not just a "howdy" kind of relationship, but to "know" us and for us to "know" Him.

The power of his resurrection is the mighty act of the Holy Spirit to change us into Life with Him. Changed, in a moment and in the blink of the eye; translated from this world to the kingdom of GOD.

TO GO HIGHER; YOU MUST GO DEEPER INTO JESUS.

JESUS; THE RESURRECTION AND THE LIFE

John 11: 25, 26
JESUS said unto her, I AM the resurrection, and the life; he that believeth in Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live. And whosoever liveth and believeth in Me shall never die. BELIEVEST THOU THIS?

JESUS asked a question that we all must answer for our own self; do you believe that "whosoever lives and believes in JESUS shall never die". This is a critical question, because on the answer hangs your eternal life. Do you believe in the resurrected life and life eternal with JESUS? Do you believe that JESUS came in the flesh and died on the cross, willingly gave His life for the life of the world? The Scripture says that if you believe on the LORD JESUS Christ you will be saved. You are saved by the Blood of the Lamb of GOD who chose you and bought you with His own Blood, because He loved you.

JESUS came from glory to earth, because He loved the world; JESUS gave His life for the life of the world, because He loved. The LOVE of GOD is greater than we can ever imagine, it is holy love; it is sacrificial love; it is complete and pure love; unconditional love for all. He receives into His arms of Love all those who believe in Him and worship Him in love.

ONLY LOVE, ONLY LOVE; THIS IS THE MESSAGE FROM ABOVE

BECAUSE HE LIVES

John 14: 19
Yet a little while, and the world seeth Me no more; but ye see Me. Because I live, ye shall live also.

BECAUSE HE LIVES, WE SHALL LIVE ALSO.
We are really alive, when we live in Him. He made the Way plain before our face, there is no guess-work on our part; JESUS is the Way and He lives in us. Death was swallowed up in victory, it has no sting and no victory. JESUS rose victorious over death.

This is Good News and it should be proclaimed everywhere. JESUS willingly lay down His life, so that we might live; JESUS rose from the dead, so that all would live with Him and through Him.

JESUS IS THE WAY, THE TRUTH, AND THE LIFE; NO MAN COMETH UNTO THE FATHER EXCEPT THROUGH HIM.

JESUS IS ALIVE

I Corinthians 6: 19, 20
What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit Who is in you, Whom ye have of GOD, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price; therefore, glorify GOD in your body, and in your Spirit, which are GOD'S.

YOU HAVE BEEN BOUGHT WITH THE PRICE OF THE BLOOD OF JESUS.

The Blood of JESUS sanctifies you and gives you the dignity of being Children of the Most high GOD. What did GOD buy us back from? He bought us back from the land of death, disease, torment, terror, darkness and despair. We have been purchased by the Blood of JESUS from the land of the devil and now live in the land of the living; the land of JESUS.

Wherever you are, whatever you do, JESUS is in you and with you. JESUS never leaves you or forsakes you, you are never alone, He is there. JESUS is alive in you; you are His hands and feet, eyes and ears in this world. He moves through you to transform your environment into His beauty. Healing comes from Him through you; Light comes from Him through you; glory comes from Him through you. Therefore, be careful where you go and what you do; JESUS is alive in you.

JESUS IS ALIVE

II Corinthians 4: 14, 15
Knowing that He who raised up the LORD JESUS shall raise up us also by JESUS, and shall present us with you. For all things are for your sake, that the abundant grace might through the thanksgiving of many redound to the glory of GOD.

GOOD NEWS
That first word, "knowing", causes me to ask two questions; Do you know that He who raised up JESUS will raise you up also? Do you know it so well that you never question whether it is true or not? Only you can answer those questions in your heart. In my heart I know that the LORD JESUS will present me/us to the Father and that I/we will give great thanks to the LORD GOD who raised me/us up.

The GOOD NEWS is that where JESUS is, there we will be also, to forever sing the praises of the Holy ONE who is the great I AM and we live with Him eternally.
HALLELUJAH! THE LORD IS RISEN INDEED, HALLELUJAH!

JESUS IS ALIVE

Acts 17: 2, 3
As his custom was, Paul went into the synagogue, and on three Sabbath days he reasoned with them from the Scriptures, explaining and proving that the Christ had to suffer and rise from the dead, "This JESUS I am proclaiming to you is the Christ, " he said.

THE STANDARD OF PREACHING

The Apostle Paul set his lights on the proclamation of the Word of GOD. He had a custom, that was the same custom with JESUS; whatever town he went in He went to the synagogue to worship and to preach.
Paul set the standard for Biblical preachers, by only preaching the Resurrection of JESUS.  It is through this Resurrection that those who believe in Him will be saved.

All power and authority was given to JESUS and He willingly laid down His life, so that all could come to the Father through Him. The path of JESUS, through the death of the flesh, is not the end of the story; we follow Him into life and the presence of GOD. This is the Good News that death is vanquished and we live forever in the presence of GOD.
